The City Hall includes new Council Chambers, reception, the Public Works Department, meeting rooms, a small kitchen/staff break room, and a new area for the mayor and his staff.

The Community Center includes a large Multi-Purpose Room with a stage at one end facing a wall that opens up directly to the adjacent park with a large overhead type door. Around the central Multi-Purpose space isa commercial kitchen, a computer room, game room, privacy room, and meeting room, as well as break space for staff.

The project is LEED Silver Certified.
