Army 860-Room Lodge RFP Development, Fort Benning, GA

Innova completed Design Charrettes and developed Design-Build RFP Documents for a $75M Army Lodge at Fort Benning, GA. It provided a new 860-room (including suites and ADA rooms) Lodge with porte cochere, main entry/lobby, front desk area, continental breakfast and food storage/prep room, in-house laundry areas, and “back-of-house” spaces such as maintenance shops, administration, storage, etc. for transient personnel at Fort Benning, Georgia. The project included site grading and preparation, on-site utilities and improvements and all construction necessary to provide a complete and useable Lodge facility with a separate 2,000 GSF Grounds Building. Innova also provided Title II services during construction.
