Army 1000-Room Lodge RFP Development, Fort Lee, VA

Innova completed Design Charrettes and developed Design-Build RFP Documents for a $86M Army Lodge at Fort Lee, Virginia. It provided a new 1000-room (including suites and ADA rooms) Lodge with porte cochere, main entry/lobby, front desk area, space for a 350-seat restaurant with food storage/prep, in-house laundry areas, and “back-of-house” spaces such as maintenance shops, administration, storage, etc. for transient personnel at Fort Lee, Virginia. The project included site grading and preparation, on-site utilities and improvements and all construction necessary to provide a complete and useable Lodge facility with a separate 2,000 GSF Grounds Building. Innova also provided Title II services during construction as requested.
