Portland Avenue Community Center

In the Spring of 2021 the Portland Avenue Community Center was damaged in a fire. INNOVA worked with Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma to complete repairs to the 9,000 sq. ft. community center. Repairs included exterior cladding, fascia and gutters, venting, interior drywall at studs, ceiling tiles, flooring, electrical lighting and wall outlets, and window repairs.
