PV Solar Array Feasibility Study - Visited three SHA properties to verify existing conditions, produce site verification reports, and recommendations for potential Photovoltaic installation at each site.

Library Building 7058 - Provided design services to replace the existing Trane Intellipak rooftop packaged air handling unit at New Holy Building (Library Building) 7058.

Family Building 7054 - Provided plans, specifications, permitting, and solicitation documents to perform a full replacement of the heating and cooling rooftop mounted equipment (HVAC RTU).

Greenlake Plaza Building - Performed a site investigation of existing conditions and the scope of work needed, and provided plans and specifications to add split system heat pumps to serve the existing Community Room in the Green Lake Building 505.

Center Park Annex Tenant Improvement - Provided design services for the conceptual plans of the administration spaces at the Center Park Annex.

Bell Tower Roof Condition Assessment - Site visit and condition assessment of the Bell Tower roof in order to evaluate its life expectancy and recommendation for repairs.

Denny Terrace Solar PV Array - Provided plans and specifications to install a solar photovoltaic system mounted on the roof of the Denny Terrace building.

High Point Electrical Survey - Feasibility study that included an analysis of switching from gas to electric for HVAC and domestic hot water. The study evaluated eliminating natural gas service altogether, or a hybrid, by only converting HVAC or domestic hot water to electric.

Center Park Annex Tenant Improvement - Final design for the design of administration spaces at the Center Park Annex.

Tie Back Easement Kebero Court - Reviewed temporary tie back easement at the Kebero Court property.

Roof Study 101 Elliot Avenue - Site visit and condition assessment of the roof in order to evaluate its life expectancy and recommendations for repairs.
