Structural Assessment Building 2451, Fairchild AFB

This task order focused on providing structural and seismic analysis for a 172,800 SF building at Fairchild AFB to better prepare the base and its strategic operations to be ready for a major emergency event such as earthquake. INNOVA’s work included: a survey of existing conditions resulting in a report and structural narrative, followed by a seismic analysis of the entire building to document deficiencies in a report of findings. Following that INNOVA prepared plans and a summary of proposed repairs to address deficiencies with recommendations and presentation of design repair options with impacts on schedule and costs.
